Quick Lunch 

A choice of 3 different plates are available for lunch:

• Plate 1: Prosciutto di Modena DOP and melon 

• Plate 2: Artisanal mozzarella and homegrown tomatoes, organic olive oil and our own extra old balsamic vinegar 

• Plate 3: Homegrown salad, freshly roasted bacon cubes, local Parmesan slices, organic olive oil and our own extra old balsamic vinegar 

 

These 3 plates are available every day upon request before 10:00 the same day, only for guests staying at the Agriturismo and served in the garden at 13:00

Aperitivo 

Enjoy the peaceful garden and the view on the beautiful rolling hills with a glass of good wine or our homemade cocktail with some local snacks. Available every day upon request and served in the garden at 19:30

Evening platter 

If you prefer to stay in the garden to enjoy the breathtaking view at sunset, treat yourself with a bottle of excellent organic wine and a mixed platter of local delicacies! Available every day upon request before 10:00, only for guests staying at the Agriturismo; served in the garden at 20:00 

Food and Wine Tasting 

On Fridays, our guests may book a private wine tasting, including a guided tour of our own vineyards with our in-house sommelier Massimo, who enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion about local and Emilian wines. We are happy to offer 2 different wine experiences to our guests. The wine tasting takes place at 20:00 - Minimum 6 participants - Weather permitting it will be organized at our Belvedere with a spectacular sunset view.

Trust Fridge 

On the first floor, in the breakfast room, a fridge with a selection of artisanal food and drinks is at the disposal of our guests wanting to prepare their own picnic at any time of the day, either in this room or in the garden. Guests are writing down on a daily board what they have chosen and will pay at the end of their stay. For safety regulatory reasons, please note that only food and drinks bought from us can be consumed in our premises. Our guests buying from the trust fridge are welcome to use tables, dishes, glasses and napkins free of charge.

Our region is renown for excellence in food and rightly so: Massimo Bottura, voted twice Nr. 1 Chef in the World has his famous restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena. A few minutes drive from Podere Prasiano, you will find many family run restaurants nestled in medieval villages. Let us advise you and help you discovering these hidden gems! We are happy to book the right place for you every evening.
