Season 2024: Open from May 1st to October 13th - Minimum stay 4 nights - No daytime guests allowed - No Restaurant Service

 

The Agriturismo has received a 5-sunflowers quality classification, the highest in Italy. We offer accommodation in two charming stone houses each provided with kitchen, independent entrance, and private terrace overlooking the garden and the hills. No pets allowed.

    1.  La Casetta, a private stone house, offers a comfortable space with 1 double room and an open area with 2 single beds, making it suitable for 2-4 guests. Please note that, for security reasons, this unit is recommended for guests aged 12 or above. The starting price is Euro 280 per night for 2 guests, with an additional charge for final cleaning and sanitization.

    2. Casa Monteverde, the eastern wing of the main villa, boasts 4 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating 4-10 guests. The price starts from Euro 480 per night and includes the use of 2 double rooms, with an additional charge for final cleaning and sanitization.

What is unique about your stay at Podere Prasiano?

​

• As a welcome present included in the price, you will find in the kitchen of your house a large selection of our own organic products as well as local specialities, including Parmigiano, salami, butter, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, milk, yogurt, jam, fruit juices, honey, bread, biscuits, fruit, coffee, tea, etc.

• Absolute privacy: no externals allowed in the property to ensure a perfectly relaxing and exclusive experience in our little paradise.

• Podere Prasiano lays among five hectares of fenced land; you are welcome to explore our organic vineyards, the orchards and the beautiful gardens, including the vegetable garden. A large private parking lot is available for guests just in front of the main villa, the access is secured by an iron gate.

• Guests may book a private wine tasting, including a guided tour of Prasiano organic vineyards with our inhouse sommelier, minimum 6 participants. The tasting will start with the aperitivo at our belvedere with spectacular sunset view.

Food and wine

• In our farm shop, you can buy all our organic products: red wine, balsamic vinegar, sour cherry liquor, jams, fruit juices, lavender oil, along with other artisanal products. You may also purchase our own organic fruits, vegetables, aromatic herbs and eggs.

• Several options for meals: you can cook in your private kitchen, prepare your barbecue, buy take-away traditional food at the local markets, order a pizza delivery to enjoy on your private terrace with a glass of our red wine, or book a Slow Food dinner at a restaurant nearby.

Activities

• After your arrival, we are at your disposal for any question related to our wonderful area with tips and advice following your interests for a perfect stay.

• In partnership with certified local guides, we may arrange several day trips, cooking classes and guided tours close to our Agriturismo​.

Deposit and cancellation terms:

​

The booking is confirmed with the payment in advance of the 30% of the booking. The balance of the total amount of the stay must be made 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or no-show, the advanced payments will not be refunded.

 

Arrival & departure:

​

• Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time at least 1 day in advance.

• Check-out from 7:30 at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

• Any other time of check-in and check-out must be agreed with the Agriturismo at the time of booking and may include an additional cost.

 

​Directions:

​

• From Bologna Airport:Take E45, Via Bazzanese/SP569 and Strada Provinciale Nuova Pedemontana to Via Confine in Provincia di Modena; Take Via Garofolana and Via Barella to Via Circonvallazione/SP4; Follow SP4 to SP22 following Marano sul Panaro; after Casona di Marano, turn right towards Pavullo and after 6 km of ascent, you will find us on the right.

• Arriving from the North: A1 motorway exit Modena North, keep directions for Cimone; turn off at exit 18 for Abetone; follow the SS12 road from Modena to S. Antonio of Pavullo for 35 km; at km n.143 turn left towards Vignola (at the Crossroad in S.Antonio in front of Pizzeria); follow the SP 22 road for 8 km and we are on the left.

• Coming up from the South: A1 motorway exit Modena South; keep to your left and pass through the small towns of Spilamberto, Vignola, Marano Sul Panaro and follow for Fanano/Cimone; after Casona di Marano, turn right towards Pavullo and after 6 km of ascent, you will find us on the right.

​

• Travelling from the West: A11 motorway exit Pistoia, follow directions Bologna/Porretta; at Silla follow for Fanano; just before Fanano, turn right towards Vignola; at Casona, turn left and after 6 km of ascent, you will find us on the right.
