At Podere Prasiano, we take pride in cultivating and sharing the freshest organic produce directly from our orchard to your table. Our seasonal fruits, including cherries, sour cherries, plums, apricots, peaches, apples, pears, figs, strawberries, and currants, are grown with care and dedication.
Our signature sour cherries are used to craft Rubino, our own organic liqueur, perfect for pairing with fruit salads, cakes, and desserts, or as the base for refreshing cocktails with sparkling white wine.
In addition to fresh fruit, we also make a variety of delicious homemade products including organic jams, fruit with balsamic vinegar, and refreshing fruit juices. Each jar and bottle captures the essence of our farm, offering you the taste of summer all year round.
Beyond fruit, our organic garden yields fresh herbs, aromatic lavender, and seasonal vegetables. We also offer organic eggs from our free-range hens, and we cultivate hazelnuts, almonds, and olives.
