ORGANIC WINE ESTATE NEAR MODENA
Podere Prasiano grows and sells organic fresh fruit: cherries, sour cherries, plums, apricots, peaches, apples, pears, figs, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and currants. The sour cherries are used to produce our own organic liquor called Rubino, a perfect match with fruit salad, cakes and desserts or as a base for delicious cocktails with sparkling white wine.
We also have an organic kitchen garden and organic eggs from our own hens, hazelnut and olive trees, lavender fields and aromatic herbs. We strive to use all our homegrown products to offer the best fresh organic products to our guests according to the seasons, directly from the orchard and the garden to the table. In the orchard, the fruit trees grow among rose-beds, lavender, hawthorn hedges and lilac bushes.
