Podere Prasiano is surrounded by its own vineyards, cultivated manually using organic methods. Situated at an altitude of 500 meters, these vineyards benefit from rocky and clay-rich soil, an uncontaminated environment, and a well-ventilated climate—essential elements for crafting high-quality red wines.
The estate specializes in the production of still red wines with long aging potential. Indigenous varieties like Festasio and Malbo Gentile take center stage, complemented by international favorites such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Massimo is a wine enthusiast and, as a sommelier, enjoys sharing his expertise with guests. He arranges evenings dedicated to regional, artisanal, and organic wine tastings. Guests have access to a selection of the finest local wines for purchase or to savor in the peaceful garden.
