La Casetta is an original stone house built in 1920. At this time, Podere Prasiano was a farm producing milk to make the famous Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. With one master bedroom and two single beds in the open space, it is the perfect holiday retreat for 2 to 4 persons over the age of 12.
La Casetta is now renovated in a traditional country style, with oak furniture, doors and stairs, made by local craftsmen. The terracotta flooring and the beams of the wooden ceilings add a traditional and romantic atmosphere. It is a paradise of harmony and peace surrounded by aromatic herbs, colorful flowers and lavender bushes.
On the ground floor, this charming stone house has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large bathroom. However, you will likely enjoy most of your meals outside on the private terrace with barbeque. La Casetta is only a few steps away from the infinity pool and offers a great view to admire Podere Prasiano's legendary sunsets.
